just remember to get the premium set they make. the replacement stuff is good, but not good enough. you need top quality gaskets if oyu plan on making serious power.

Thats not an issue... if ARP made head bolts for the 2.3 I would be using those aswell... (not 100% sure if they dont... but pretty sure they dont).

ARP shows two listings for head studs for a Pinto 2300 cc:

151-4202 - 12 pt. nuts
151-4702 - 12 pt. nuts u/cut studs
