    Default turbo exhaust

    what would be the best system for my rs?? i would like to run 3" off of the turbo into 2.5" duals...or should i run one 3" all the out?????? any ideas??

    one big out all the way out...dont use a cat unless you have to

    Either way will work, I prefer 0ne three inch turbo back. Use a straight thru muffler like magnaflow or dynomax ultra flow, and a 3 inch hi flow cat..

    I dont remember who did the test but testing showed that a single 3" exhaust made more power than the SVO style dual exhaust.

    I was all set to spend the money to get a SVO style dual outlet exhaust and scrapped that idea for the single 3" exhaust
    85 Mustang Coupe, 3.3L I6, C4, 8.8 3L23, 17x8 wheels. About 70% towards firing it up.

    i will agree that one 3" would flow more than a dual 2.25 set up, but i am interested in a dual 2.5 off of a 3" down pipe. that's my big question...i would like to have the looks of the duals, with the performance of the single....
