    Default Turbo 4 engine question?

Where can I find the casting numbers on a '79 2.3L turbo block and head? Also, would they be in the same place for an SVO block/head? I don't know what year, but the guy I bought the car off of says that the motor may have been replaced, and the valve cover is the same as some of the svo's I have seen. Any help would be appreciated.

The engine is carbed, but the entire intake has been swapped. I was told that the entire turbo setup was original, so I am assuming the rest of the intake is as well.

New pics in the album - I have a lot more (about 80 total). Just let me know if you want to see something specific.
