Need a little Help

Hello all. My 86 Notch decided to do something a lil strange. Brake lights, and all marker lights went out, and all instrument light and aftermarket gauge lights quit. I assume at the same time but it was day time when i noticed everything so im not positive. Well One 10 amp fuse was blown and i replaced it and everything came back on. Well only a few minutes later all the gauge lights went out again but now my brake and marker lights were still working. Any ideas maybe the headlight switch? I dont know electrical is not my cup of tea. Thanks in advance for any replies.

POssibly the head light switch.

There is also a voltage regulator under the dash or something. My entire cluster stopped working twice while driving. And it may be going bad. I think the part is like $10 but its hard to reach apparently.
