I was wondering what a good setup would be for an 83 mustang. I want some really big tires in the back and skinnies up front but Im not sure what specs to get. I'm thinking either Centerline or Weld wheels. Im new here so please help me out thanks.

I have the Weld wheels on mine. The sizes are as follows:
Front:
15x7 inch Weld draglites with 4.5 inch backspacing
B.F. Goodrich Radial T/A's (215-60-15)
Back:
15x8 inch Weld Draglites with 4.5 inch backspacing
B.F. Goodrich Radial T/A's (295-50-15)
The rear tires are 9.5 inches wide, and will work without modifying the wheel wells, IF you remove the quad shocks, and install Air lift air bags in the rear coil springs.
Here's a pic.
My twin brother has these same size rims and rear tires, but his front tires are 225-60-15's. By the way, his car was the main reason why I own one today. It was the February, 2001 centerfold in Mustang Illustrated magazine.
