    Welcome! Always love a good Cougar! Had a '68 in Grecian Gold, 302 automatic back in high school. My favorite car I've ever owned!
    Had ~
    '81 Mustang Ghia Hatchback, red, 4-cylinder, 5-speed, slow, but looked great!

    Have ~
    '83 Mustang GT Hatchback, white with black, stock 5.0, 5-speed, T-tops, dual exhaust

    79 Zephyr, 4.6L 4v/4r70w swap, with team z front and rear suspension, 8.8 and upgraded brakes and coil overs. Running Holley Terminator X Max.

    I prefer the cougars. Ive had a 81, 85 and now have a 88. All were V8 cars Welcome!

    Yes, but it wont be CFI for long. Currently ordering what I need to switch to carb. I also believe the source of my issue was the TPS. It was at 2.17v, well out of range for me to adjust it.

    The first gen Cougars look better than the Mustangs IMO.
