You should contact the owner of the car and find out. Why they aren't already on the site I don't know.

As noted, the site is operational, but how you get here matters. I wasn't aware that it was working until a couple of weeks ago because if you type in the regular address it takes you to the "site's broke" page which isn't overly helpful.
