Just use Imgur.com to upload/host your pictures you want to post here. The built in tool is garbage. It'll even give you a BBCode link you can copy and paste.

Thanks man, I figured it out. I just used shortcuts on iPhone to create a resize photo shortcut. Now I just click and hold on my photo go to resize and it automatically resizes to the dimensions of this site. Wish I would of figured that out years ago LOL

Hah! That works too. Nicely done.

    Here's this for giggles:

    Back on topic!

Stock(ish) appearance: Stick with incandescents or white LEDs with filters in place
Brighter and richer color: Color matched LED. Optionally remove the filters.

I prefer the latter but it's ultimately up to the owner to play around and find what they like. Luckily bulbs are cheap! At the end of the day, LEDs draw very little power and last forever, so it's a good quality of life improvement either way you go. I also did the dome light, glove box, under hood, license plate, side markers front and back, 3rd brake, fog lights, etc. They look excellent and are a big improvement for your dollar.

Ok guys I’m knee deep into project, everything is going good. Speedo cable sucked and I’m not how well it’s going to go putting it back in lol. No way I was going to reach up underneath to get it out. Bad left shoulder will do that. Managed to loosen clamp on speedo cable in engine bay to get enough room to get it off. Ok now to the issue. I’ve got one light that doesn’t seem to work no matter what I try. Tried replacing bulb, tried using new t10 holder that I bought and tried switching the way the bulb goes in. Nothing. I’ve had the thing in and out more times than I want. It’s the top left one in the rpm gauge. Any ideas as to what I can try? Here is a pic

Can a guy take some maroon scratch pad and clean up contacts a bit or maybe spray some dielectric spray in the connectors?

I'd use some alcohol and a q-tip to clean up the contact point if it looks dirty/corroded. Liiiiightly scrub it with a pad and make sure the holder makes good contact. That has to be it if the rest light up. Maybe an itty bitty touch of hot glue under the circuit to tighten up the contact point a touch.

You can get repo/replacement printed circuit boards from NPD....That's the absolute worst case scenario.

    Looks sweet so far!

So should I screw the cluster down first, then reach up?

That's what I did. Connect and screw everything down, then reach up and connect the speedo cable last.

Damn these are sure red lol had to put the floor ones on blue just offset the red a bit. I do have full dimming on them so I will turn em down a bit. They look nice pics don’t really do it justice, looks to washed out in them.

nope not so bad, I like it. I turned the dimmer and floor lights down to lowest setting and it looks a lot better. Full power is a bit much for me lol. Over all the project was relatively easy. Couple hiccups, but got er done. My hand and arm are destroyed though from trying to reach for that stupid Speedo cable. Lol
