Desperate for EVTM 1986 Mustang vert - power windows

Somehow i removed the circuit breaker and black / white striped wire for my power windows from starter solenoid and it was cut off somewhere in my engine harness. I cannot find the wire going into the car anywhere. If I run a new wire from circuit breaker where do I run wire to? I have located the window relay up high under the driver's side of the dash. PLease any advice or an EVTM would be huge!

Looking at the EVTM there is no relay in the power window system. Don't know what you've found, maybe someone had a starter kill wired up to a window switch at one time?

It shows the power for the system comes from inside the fuse box, location #14, 20 amps. That would be where the wire from the circuit breaker would feed power into; the "input" side of the #14 fuse.
