Default New Guy In South Carolina

    Just following the rules.

I am a Ford guy through and through. My first ride was a 1986 Mustang LX notch. 2.3 liters of fury backed by a 4 speed, clutch dumps and one wheel peels for days. I had that car a little over a year before the rumble of my dad's straight piped F150 pulled me away and allowed him to trade Mustang in on one of his dream cars, a 7 series turbo charged BMW.

Fast forward almost thirty years and I have 15 year old twins of my own getting ready to drive. One of them requested a Foxbody Mustang for their first car. It just so happened that one of my coworkers had a 1979 Zephyr for sale and we went by to look at it. My son feel in love and we got it home a few days later. I am here to hopefully get help sourcing parts and advice on what parts can interchange between different foxbodys and other old Fords.

Thanks in advance for any help,

Have fun! The non-mustang fox bodies can be a lot of fun and a lot less common. Which makes them fun and unique!
