I KINDA DIG the hood scoop idea though, I'll give them that tiny shred of credit. The rest is a hard no for me.

That is an 83-84 hood scoop. I always liked the 83-84 hood scoops. I had one put on an '83 GLX with t-tops that I bought new. Everyone thought it was a GT, except for me.

I have one that I am going to put on my '85, if I can ever get around to having the the body work done.

If I recall, this car has been for sale before. Either by the same owner or the new owner. I think it was a couple of years ago.

Is it functional or purely cosmetic? That would look mean painted charcoal to match the rest of the trim in lieu of the hood decal IMO.

    Yea, they do look odd.

And the rear quarter windows have also been changed to the aero car style. They don't just bolt on to a 4-eye, do they?

A lot of effort went into the exterior and yet they couldn't spend a few minutes to clean the engine compartment.

That hood scoop is just cosmetic. It had an end piece that closed off the opening at the back. Mean looking hood scoop though. Sort of reminds me of the Cylons from Battlestar Galactica.

I thought cars like this were frowned upon here on FEP?
