Mustang Resroration 85 Front spring ID Tag

Require assistance on front spring ID tag Data information. The Front spring ID tag was partially missing (damaged), and I require that missing information so that I can have a new Tag created as I did with the rear ones. Fortunately. the rear ID tags where complete and easily reproduced. I have included the Information that I do have in a picture below with only the first part 74.5/ ???? 4 numbers missing, Vehicle information 1985 Mustang GT Hatchback CFI 5.0 HO AOD with air conditioning Californian car.
If anyone could help me with the information or point me to a website it would be very much appreciated.

I just looked but my tags are worse. All I could read was these two lines, same as yours.
