Nice set of ARE 398 wheels made in Japan with older tires that hold air. Wheels are completely undamaged. No repairs, cracks, or bends. They present nicely and lips polish up. Or you can disassemble and restore them since they're 3-piece. I can email/ text many more pictures as well.
