86 convertible power windows/locks not working

Hi everyone, I'm restoring an 86 GT Convertible that had the entire drivetrain removed and some of the wiring cut out. Wiring was cut at the starter solenoid and I can't get the power windows or locks to work, and the top solenoid just clicks...all other accessories are working well.


I can't find a wiring diagram for the convertible cars - I have the evtm for 86 but it only shows the hardtop diagram. I checked the breaker in the fuse panel and there doesn't seem to be any power there but a relay clicks behind the dash somewhere when I put that breaker back it with the key on. I have heard the convertibles had a breaker at the starter solenoid and a safety relay under the dash somewhere. There are no breakers anywhere near the starter solenoid so at least finding the routing and wire colors would help.
