I bet the original owner's club is up there in age seeing
the youngest you can be in that group is 54.
And like Two86fiveoh's I'm 65, but my wife would peg me around 16.

Born the same year as the Mustang. In 1968 our family car was a 67 Mustang coupe. Been in love with Mustang's ever since.

Little story about this "aged" guy.

I test drove a new 1984 Mustang Convertible. I loved it but with a new family I could not afford it. A couple of years later I was looking at a 1967 Shelby GT350 but it needed too much work so I picked up a 1967 Sunbeam Tiger. Very cheap but loads of fun. Its the one car I wished I had kept.

First car in 1975 was a 1968 Mustang coupe. Since then I have had
    74 Mustang II
    68 coupe (wife's car)
    67 Tiger
    93 Mustang
    1984 GT350 (Still have)
1931 Model A (still have it too)
    2012 GTCS Conv. (Just got)

As they say "My blood runs blue". But... Its getting harder to slam the gears in the '84 and doing a parade in the "A" will put the hurtin' on my left leg. That's what hard living (and One knee and TWO ankle replacements will do to you) Take heed youngsters!!

Went to buy a center console this morning, a guy was selling on offerup, not sure why but I was expecting a young kid. Got there and was looking at myself in the mirror. 52 years old at least like me, was laughing on the inside, super cool guy, same as all of us, have the Fox disease. He had a nice 86 GT with a 351 conversion, nicely done.

Kind of funny how many of us mention our wives thinking we act like teenagers. My wife refers to me as biggest teenager sometimes.

My Motto has always been, "You have to get old, you don't have to grow up". Then there is the story of how I got busted by the wife doing a burnout at a redlight. How was I to know she stopped for a coffee and otherwise wouldn't have been near.. LOL

Double Nickel and act like I'm in my early 20s.

I always ask SVO owners if they know about FEP. The answer in no every time, so I refer them to this site. The 2 dominant SVO sites seem to be dying off. One way more than the other. Wish they could get over the BS that happened years ago and merge the sites. At least have 1 that gets some views and participation.

I’m 62. Haven’t been to the SVO sites very often any more. I visit this one more frequently, but not as often as I did in the past. I doubt the younger crowd is interested in the fox cars. They seem to like the newer Mustangs or the imports.
