Two questions I have for you:
Do both umbrella and positive stem seals work in the stock head without machining?
Or should I stick to the umbrella type as it came with.

I am chasing high oil consumption.
Umbrella seals seem not broken.
On one the stem of the valve can be seen below the seal. Is that ok?
Number 2 and 3 spark plugs are covered in oil.
