Love the interior. I had an '80 XR-7 with the Bittersweet Recaro interior.

    Nice clean build.

Wow that looks just awesome !! Great job !!

Looks like quite a project. Good to know the coyote fits in the early foxes (with a lot of new parts and $$ I assume). Maybe someday I'll drop one in my 80 lol.

I was curious what you used for a control pack and if you were you able to just interface the wiring and use the original ignition switch (key) etc ?

I just have to ask, what's it like doubling the horsepower??

Super clean build, great job! But you knew that lol. I see the relocated P/S reservoir. Would love to see more details if possible.

That's a beautiful Mustang! Love the color and the interior. Those Recaro's are amazing.

Is it true Hemlock, that your car is a one-family owned vehicle?

Yeah my Dad bought the car new and gave it to me on my 23 birthday. If it hadn't broke the block on the original motor I would have done a factory correct restoration but the block was shot so I decided to do the resto-mod instead with the 347 roller. Car has tons of power and is super fun to drive but it is a total pain every 2 years for smog and being a high hp pushrod motor, it has the typical issues they normally have. I do love the fact that it looks period correct under the hood with the carb and factory duel snorkel on it but the Coyote in stock configuration would have almost the same power as my 347, be way more reliable, plus it would be way more smog friendly and be super easy to boost and almost double the power!

Way to go. Looks stock too.
Am always awed at the complex planning, parts gathering, and work done to do such a thing.
Smog rules seem to have had negative effects on local climates and lines pockets.

That car has the best of everything. Stellar build!
I would love to be the caretaker of such a ride. It's getting to be slim pickins on 4 eyed cars in Canada.
