    Looks like a repaint at some time over the OEM finish. I have seen much worse. The areas of crazing (spiderwebs/cracking) will need to be sanded properly and then sealed. Then High Build primer over that to sand smooth again before repainting. Not a huge deal, but definitely want to seal those areas to prevent further issues with new paint.

    Door definitely want to try to hammer and dolly out as much of the dents as possible before any filler. Same for the cowl area, which can be a bit more difficult to get into, but can be done. A little fiberglass work on the spoiler end cap and you should be in pretty good shape.

    From the pictures I don't see any reason to sand to bare metal unless you just have that desire. Areas of body work that need filler are a good idea to sand to bare metal and work from there, but for the rest of the body should be fine with regular sanding. Areas that are lifting, peeling, flaking, etc. need to be sanded down to a solid substate either solid OEM paint, OEM primer, or bare metal and work up from there. Good Luck!

    I would try paintless dent removal guy first. See what he can and can't do. You would be surprised at what some of them are capable of fixing.
