Just in the process of stripping down my engine and sending block and heads to the engineers to recondition the cylinder heads and check out the cylinder bores in the block, Will be replacing internal parts pistons, all bearings, timing chain and gears oil pump plus drive new camshaft / lifters plus new timing cover as previous owner never used Radiator inhibitor housing corroded. There are a couple of things that I will need help with is with the camshaft what can I use I know from other posts that it can only be a mild upgrade. The engine is a 5.0 CFI and i wish to keep it that way it has the shorty headers single fuel pump in tank, but want to up the power output without upsetting the engine idle etc.
The other one is if anyone has a Mustang GT HO CFI AOD built with California Emissions and they still have the Engine Code calibration decal still attached to the rocker cover or sump if they could post a picture. I have included a picture of my Marti Report and the Buck Tag if anyone could help with the above information. Also I have a list of possible codes shared from a previous post to me from xctasy
