    It's odd that there is that much moisture in the car. That's respirator time before entering. Yikes!

    Concrete can be really pourus, let a lot of moisture through.
    I put down a pool liner thick moisture barrier that will not rot
    from touching concrete, before I did my floor in my pole barn.



    I average in the low 60's humidity, even though my property is a swamp
    (seems like it practically, most of the time ).
