    Default Getting my door open

Drivers side door is locked and the button will not pull up to unlock it. Tried wriggling with it along with both door handles. Can get in from the passenger side.

Any ideas on how to unlock it or remove the inside door panel while the door is closed?

    Thanks

An old-fashioned "slim jim" type tool that you slide down into the door from the outside should be able to release the latch. I've never used one before, but my understanding is that it's pretty easy on older cars like these.

No power locks. Have acces to the lock knob but it’s jammed. Thinking a slim Jim won’t work if the knob is jammed.

Happened to me once. I took out the seat and then could get the door card free enough to reach in and grab the mechanism. Wasn't easy or fun but even with my rather large hands it worked.

    Good Luck!!
