    Default Straight six leaks

On my 200 six there is a pipe that comes the exhaust manifold and goes to I think the egr. But it’s broken off at the manifold.
What can I do to plug it ? It’s like I don’t have an exhaust at all.

This hole on the manifold? This goes to a silencer and then the air cleaner. You can just plug this if you do not need smog equipment.Name: MANIFOLD PIPE.jpg

Looks like it. Mine is rusted so there’s no definition to it. What size bolt should I get ?

It looks to be one inch before the adapter. I do not know the size of the adapter.Name: ONE INCH MEASURE.jpg

Use a good solvent and let it soak before trying to remove the pipe bolt. If you mess up the threads you will need a new manifold or maybe weld the old hole closed.

I believe that is a flared pipe fitting. You can find the same fitting in a plug form.
