There was one bought from there a year or two ago and changed hands in Alberta I saw.

Not sure if it’s the same car and they never updated their site or it’s another one.

I kinda like watching that show. It has some funny moments.

Are there new episodes? Liked to watch them in the past on Netflix.
What a rough cars they offer.
To get those on the road will cost a lot of money I guess.

I see on Netflix there are 3 seasons. Started watching, not bad, some cool cars in his collection.

All of his vehicles (500+) are up for auction next month.

I wonder if he got screwed over on the property ownership issue.

Interesting. Says in the article that this auction will be part of season 4 of the show. That's a lot of cars to sell.

Yes I believe that car may have been on Kijiji Edmonton area just a few months back and I think I even drove by it sitting on an acreage close to where I live. The Kijiji ad had a pic of Mike beside the car but that doesn't mean it was the Rust valley car necessarily. Price was at $6000 CDN in the spring and later dropped to $4500 and then the ad was gone so I presume it sold.

I like the show but like all those shows I think its made for TV a little.

I'm not sure the true costs and details required of building some of those cars are reflected...and they can always seem to find some super rare parts for cheap just down the road and pull off the build just in time LOL

Some of the parts that are very "TV" I fast forward. Showing them eating or go karts......fast forward. Did like the demo derby.

So I was curious and went for a drive today and the pace car is still there along with some other makes and models. Looks intact essentially from what I can see from the road although I don’t think it has a motor. Could certainly be the rust valley car, looks similar. Even the driving lights are still there. The kijiji ad is gone so maybe it expired and hasn’t been reposted. Appears it didn’t sell. If it comes up again maybe I’ll go check it out although it would have to be essentially free for me to consider it lol.

I've seen all 3 seasons on Netflix. Was a pretty good show.

The pictures that were on the for sale listing didn't look too bad. It actually looked like it had been recently repainted with a decent shine....

Keep us posted if you check it out again. Be sure to post up better pics.

I see the ad is gone but the car is still there. My guess is the car didn't sell and we will see the ad in the spring again.

Well in case anyone is still curious the pace car is gone. Looks like it may have actually sold.

On another note I've been watching season 4 of Mike and the gang. Once you get to know the characters a little its kind of entertaining

Hope it went to a good home.

The show is kinda fun, I'd love to have the Mustang II hatch I see every now and then on the show.

Yeah I looked up info on the auction online and appears it happened last fall. Apparently he got rid of all but 50 or so cars.

He must have had a lot of money in the day to accumulate all that stuff. Not only cars, but also bought parts to fix some of them too.

I think all of us old car guys have a bit of Mike in them. Attaching value and wanting to keep and collect the old things that you grew up with and can't get or don't see anymore....just not to the degree he does haha !!

He did keep some cool cars.

I've watched all of the first 3 seasons on Netflix and have been watching for a 4th season. Since it has been a while I thought it may have run its course. Glad that it will continue for a bit.

Definitely some cool cars in the yard. Mike seemed to be a bit overwhelmed by all of it and lacking direction. The auction to clear out a lot of the inventory should allow him to focus on the important ones.
