Clutch pedal ?

Just bought a clutch kit made by mccleod kit from latemodel performance includes
(1) McLeod Clutch Disc
(1) McLeod Pressure Plate
(1) McLeod Throwout Bearing
(1) McLeod Pilot
(1) Flywheel
(1) Ford Performance Pressure Plate Bolt & Dowell Kit
(1) ARP Flywheel Bolt Kit
(1) 5.0 Resto Bearing Retainer
(1) Ford Performance Rear Main Seal
I also changed the clutch cable (non adjustable)
But my clutch pedal is very about a inch from the floor it releases.

I had a adjustable one before


Any clues?
