Value of 86 GT Convertible

I'm looking at 86 GT convertible. 167K miles. Good overall condition. No rust Etc.

Any advise is appreciated.

Looks pretty nice. Not sure what the dark colors on the seats is. A couple of non matching gray interior pieces and a missing seat belt buckle cover. I would put it in the upper range for high mileage cars. $10k on the upper limit.
