Default SVO TPS Sig Rtn wire has 12v. ???

I decided to give the SN 95 throttlebody swap into my SVO. I gather all the parts and built a jumper harness for the SN 95TPS

I measured voltage at the svo TPS for reference. green wire had .92. Orange had 5v. When i tested sig rtn, which should be Black/white, the wire is red, and there is 12v there. I checked the pinout and yes, should be black/white, pin 46 , and its correct, it is Ground. So, ive just traced that red wire from the tps to the 8 pin green plug at the computer, red wire, 12v

Just plugged the jumper harness in to check the sn95 tps, i get 10v at TP, 5v at orange and still 12v at Sig Rtn.

Has anyone else had or has thing red wire on their car? Should i just cut and ground the red wire off the sensor?
In that green plug, next to the red 12v wire, is another sig retn wire, does this have something to do with boost control? Overboost? Basically all the other sensors have sigrtn as black/white and are good. The tps is oddly a red wire and 12v Name: 1B987B6C-7496-49DC-9C37-BCAEB7E7205D.jpeg
