    Default Wiper motor question

Ok actually it’s two questions I have. Today I freshened up my wiper motor . It worked fine , just decided to give her some paint. I separated the gear housing from the shaft. I cleaned everything up about some paint and put it back together. My first question is , did I mess up the wiper timing ? Or should I be able to put it back on and all will be good? My 2nd question: Is the shaft supposed to be able to be turned by hand? Because mine won’t turn , not even with a wrench. I did not mess with the gears . Just pulled shaft out of housing. Any info is appreciated

Ok , I seem to have answered my question. I hooked up motor to battery and all works fine .

Haha thanks . I figured it out the next day after hooking it to a battery. She’s like new again.
