      Default Post 3G conversion - how about powering an electric fan via the old alternator wiring

      I did a 3G alternator conversion on my 1983 Capri RS Turbo. I used the harness from a 94 F150 all the way to the starter solenoid post. Now I have the original 1G alternator wiring taped off. I also need to power an electric fan - is this a viable wire to pull from to feed a fan relay from?

      Maybe, if it's long enough. How many amps does the electric fan draw?
