For the door you first have to remove the window seal. IIRC the trim should just slide out of place with a little bit of pressure.
I’m not sure about the 1/4 window trim. That may involve removing the window.

As stated above, you have to remove the bottom window belt line trim first. I recommend removing the mirror first as there can be a screw under the mirror that holds the trim in place too. Once the bottom trim is removed, lower the window and then remove the vertical trim at the back of the window by carefully prying the bottom towards the front of the vehicle. Once that is off, then you can remove the upper trim piece by starting at the back edge and carefully prying off the pinchweld of the window frame.
The quarter window trim depending on the year model will either have tabs that fold over the pinch weld and hold it in place (79-83 IIRC) or will have metal spring clips that slide into place to hold the trim in place (84-86 IIRC). The tabs can only be unfolded after removing the quarter windows themselves. The spring clips can be slid out of place and the trim removed carefully depending on the amount of butyl tape on the window glass itself. Personally I have never had good luck reinstalling the spring clips trim with the glass in place, so I just remove the glass and then remove the trim, but you may have better luck than I do. Good Luck!
