Default '80 Boxy 'Bird on Bring a Trailer auction site

I have no affiliation with this car or its owner, just thought others might like to see it.

It appears to be in rather fantastic condition.

I know most people hate this generation of T-Bird/Cougar, but I think they are pretty decent. The front end on the T-Bird is a little gaudy for me, but nothing I couldn't live with. That console is pretty rare. Overall a pretty clean car. I am surprised it is getting the action it is.

If they didnt hide the wheels inboard with the stock Mustang/Fox track of 56.6 inches and made it 61.5 with 240/55 VR 415's from a Ferrari 400, then it would look awesome

Nice price. Neat that's its column shift with a console.

They carried that over to the aero Birds and Cougars as well. Pretty common to see a column shift car with a console in that generation.
