Default 83 urethane bumber cover- Is this worth saving?

I am trying to do some cleaning and organizing. I bought this probably 15+ years ago for an 83 I never finished, but looks like poor storage has gotten the best of it. Should I try and find it a new home, or is the damage too much to really be worth it to anyone?

I don't see anything that would make that unusable.

Agreed. Looks like it's in good shape. I don't see any cracks, tears or holes, which would present bigger problems (but even those are fixable - to a degree).

As others have stated, there's nothing wrong with that bumper cover. The urethane covers will all deform a bit without the headlight support, so that is to be expected. The scratches can be easily fixed with urethane filler or even just high build primer and sanding. If you have no use for it, then definitely sell it to an 83/84 owner that can use it to save another Four Eye. If it were the GT cover with the lower fog light openings it would be a bit more valuable, but still definitely worth making some money on it. Good Luck!

I recently bought an NOS svo bumper cover. It came in a Ford plastic bag with no support or scuff protection. I removed it from the bag and made a support jig to store on. It’s light weight so not much was needed but the outside corners wanted to twist. I added more support to the ends. The jig was made from scrap 1x4 lumber. I could easily convert it to a cardboard crate.
