    Default Silver trim paint

In my 1983 vert with white and red interior, all the silver trim paint (like around the shifter and the silver trim on the door panel) is wearing off. Is there a paint for this or some way to fix it?

I recently bought some at Hobby Lobby in the picture/portrait oil painting area of the store. It was "Liquid Chrome" If I remember correctly. I can't seem to find the picture on my phone right now. Black with chrome/silver lettering. Comes in a paint pen, there are two different size tips, I bought the smaller one. I used it on the dash panels for my 1986 Bronco and the results were fantastic. Sitting in the driver seat it all looks brand new. Very easy to apply and so far has held up very well. I will try and find the picture of the pen or take another this weekend. Good Luck!

Yep! That's IT! A little goes a long way. Take your time and light pressure worked best for me. Dries pretty quickly if in a warm temperature, but be careful not to touch until it dries at that cause flatten the look and smear the paint a bit. Good Luck!
