    Default Folding rear seat 85 RS

    What are the 2 side pivot bolts thread size. Does anyone know what may have them, I have looked at LMR, CJ and a few others and no luck.

    I don't recall what size the bolts are, but they thread into a regular J/U nut. Worst case, you can pry that off and take it to your local hardware store. I probably have a spare set of bolts, but just having the time and putting my hands on them make take awhile.

    They look like maybe a 3/8 thread shoulder bolt. I will keep looking. Btw they thread into the "L" brakets in the left and right, I did not see a nut.

    I have been spending too much time with the 79-82, I am going to have to go and look at my later models. I am drawing a blank right now, must have COVID or something.

    5/16 -18 thread Wrench size 5/8 or 16mm will work found 2 brackets and a bolt im sure i have another bolt somewhere

    Thanks, I will check the hardware stores and see what I can find. Ther is nothing at any of the resto sites.
