    Default scoop modified on 1983

Earlier I looked for a tear drop or boss scoop for my 1983 GT hood without success. Just a bit of clearance needed where the Edelbrock mini cleaner came through the stock turbo opening. I didn't want a cowl hood though it is a great, cool, and cost effective solution. The body shop took the job of keeping the mounting base of the scoop and raising the insides to 4 inches. I love it. It's different. It looks old school. It cost too much. That's ok. Bucket list. Car and I have been waiting 20 years. Hopefully pic attached.

Interested myself. I had to make my factory scoop functional to clear the blower, curious how this looks.
