So next up on the agenda is to run all my new fuel lines for the car. Seeing as I've never worked with braided fuel line or fuel lines in general I figured I'd start a thread to get advice and help to walk me through the process. I will be using 6 an braided fuel line and fittings. I will be running the line from the sender to a holley black which will be mounted on the outside of the wheel well towards front of car. I was told I don't need to run a return line because I'm using a holley black( this is right from a holley tech) so I might just cap the return for now and see how it runs. So first up is I need to do hard line to -an on my stock fuel sender. I've been told that I need to cut the flare off the sender to add a compression fitting. Just want to make sure this is right before I cut it off. Also I take it that the bigger tube is the main fuel tube and the smaller one is the return? Pic of the stock sender on my tank.
