    Default New mesh style wheels

I just noticed LMR is now offering the old school type mesh wheels for fox bodies. Only in black or gold for now but thought it was cool and wanted to pass it along.

Saw that , too. I wanted to get the black 93 Cobra wheels for my Capri, but the black mesh ones may get the nod since the 93 ones seemed to have disappeared.

That is awesome they're offering these. If I could go back in time, I'd save a hell of a lot of headache, keep 4 lug, and buy some of these!

Its hard to tell from the picture, but are they modeled after the ARE, Or Riken Wheels? There are some subtle differences...

Yes. Yes it would. I don't need the temptation though.

Those look good, very tempting, if I hadn't just bought new tires.

That is pretty cool. I'm a little surprised on the size / lug count, for two reasons:

    (1) If you're targeting people who want to "Give your Fox Body nostalgic styling and a period-correct look with SVE Mesh wheels! Inspired by early Saleen Mustangs, this wheel is the perfect throwback to 80's era performance and styling," then it seems like you would make them 15" or 16", like the original wheels were. I understand tire selection sucks, particularly in 15", but still...

    (2) If you're going to make them 17", which kind of aims the product at those who have modded their cars, why would you not offer a 5-lug version? There are an awful lot of Foxes that have converted to 5-lug, seems like a no-brainer to make 4-lug and 5-lug versions.

Exactly! I would almost bet this is a trial. If they prove to be good sellers, they'll make a 5-lug version.

I think they will come out with the 5 lug style, because they could sell to SN95 owners

They will do 5 lugs and looking at the wheel would be easy to do.

And why would anyone want to do 15 or 16” if these are available. I just wish they did them in 18”

I have been looking at these wheels. I hope they come out with 5 lug in the future.
