I have read a lot of good threads regarding routing of the rear brake lines and I appreciate that. But, when I look at the rational applied by Ford; why did the Fox mustangs REAR brake line go from Driver side across the firewall to passenger side, down the passenger side and then up and over and then "back" across to the drivers side??

Question / Advice please: Has anyone ever considered or have run the REAR brake line from the Master Cylinder down along the Drivers Side, [now with full length frame rails] and then up to the factor line fitting above the rear axle? Just run it straight back from the Master Cylinder.

I think as long as you run a high quality rear proportioning valve, you should be fine.
