I’ve been slowly narrowing down an electrical issue in my 83’. When I picked up the car I learned that the previous owner had installed a toggle switch under the dash in the driver footwell to turn the headlights on and off. I did some google searching and I determined that the wiper stalk was probably bad which necessitated the switch under the dash. I replaced the switch with a working one I found on eBay and changed the relay under the dash with a new one. When I turned the key to check my work the wipers came on without even moving the stalk. Anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this? The picture is what the fuse panel looked like before I installed the new stalk and relay, the switch is to the left just out of frame
