TTC produces and markets transmissions under the "Tremec" trademark.

For 1995, there was cross over. Tremec only made T5's for one year, and they are coded TTET

1352 = Borg Warner T5

1987-1995 had the T5 transmission.

The 1996-1998 had the T45 transmission.

The 1987-1993 models share the same speed sensor, and the 1994-1998 Mustangs have the same speed sensor.

Everything I've seen seems to confirm Broncojunkie's assessment. Overall, not a bad trans as far as T5's go. No mechanical speedo output is annoying, but there are workarounds for that. It will have the longer input shaft so you will need a 94/95 V8 bellhousing or a 3.8 V6 bellhousing will work as well. Otherwise you can swap to the shorter input shaft from an earlier T5. These were rated at 300 ft-lbs. The only stronger OEM T5 was the version used in the 94/95 Cobra.

None of those lists ever include the later model T5's for some reason. Everybody must copy and paste from the same source. You have to dig quite a bit to get to the data on the '99-'04 T5's.
