Default Zephyr Rack VS Mustang Rack

    Hello,

I ordered a Borgeson steering shaft for my 79 Zephyr. Ordered it for 79-83 Mustang power rack.
it came today and I was really excited but the rack side does not fit.
steering column side is fine, but the splined end of the shaft is too small to fit the splined end on the rack.

So did the wrong part get sent, or are the Zephyr and Mustang power racks different?
Rack is original to the car to the best of my knowledge.

    Thanks for any advice!

Not sure. I out an '89 rack in my '81 and it bolted right up to the shaft. But I reused the stock shaft.
