    Default Hello from the Heat

I started asking questions and never actually introduced myself. Probably a normal thing.
I'm retired Navy and now a Field Service Engineer on food processing equipment. If you bought a steak from Walmart, Target, Trader Joes, etc...unless you watched a person cut it, chances are it was sliced on the machines I install.
    I live in Glendale AZ
Currently I have a 2004 Mustang Gt and a 1980 Mustang....Which is going to need a ton of work. I bought my first mustang in 95, which was a 90 GT. Then I bought another 90GT then I bought the 04.

The problems I will have to solve are in no particular order...manual original brakes, manual steering, and the car has a C6 so I have to find a 351M hiding somewhere, another big block, or take all that out of the car too. This is going to be a money hungry beast.

Welcome to the site! Not many of our cars seem to not be money hungry beasts!

    Welcome!

I'm presuming the c6 has a 385 (big) bolt pattern? 351c is same as 302/351w bolt pattern.
    79 Pace Car - 331, t5
    79 Pace Car- 302, 4 spd
    79 Cobra - working on 351w, t5

You're correct...that was supposed to be an M not a C. I was looking at blocks while typing.

If I had friends I could probably drop the driveline out, and my 3 yr old is more of an observer then an assistant...haha
Not sure yet whether I'm making it easier or more complicated by keeping the transmission.
