Default Speedo cable to tr3650 conversion?

What are the options for getting a working speedometer when running a tr3650 and dash cluster with cable drive speedo?

If push comes to shove (i.e. no thorough response here), these guys can probably help:

There are a couple of aftermarket options if you want to keep your mechanical speedo. Neither are particularly cheap.

I was going to use something like this for my mod swap, but I will be using 4r70w, not 3650

That looks like a mechanical speedo cable setup that also gives you a VSS signal. He doesn't have any provisions on his trans to drive the mechanical speedo.
