Size: 427.4 KBCan anyone tell me what size hole should be in the hinge pillar for power windows and lock wiring and boot? My old car is rusted out here and the other car I have is a manual door lock and window car I am converting over but this hole is smaller on the non-power cars. Thanks in advance.

Did your car come factory with power options? My non power ‘86 has 1-1/4 openings as well they are a hair too small for the rubber conduit that the wires run through. Im thinking power optioned cars had a slightly larger hole.

In case anyone runs into this, a 1-1/4 conduit knockout punch (actual size hole 1-11/16 inch) was the best I could find. Couldn’t find an answer about the factory hole size anywhere but the factory holes in my 86 weren’t going to accept the door wire conduit. Factory hole on power door lock and window cars is most likely closer to 1-5/8 Im guessing.
