    Default 87-93 spindle/rotor/caliper identification?

How can I tell that a set of spindle/rotor/calipers are 87-93 V8 and not 4 cyl?

Strut mounting ears are 3/4” thick and rotors are 11” diameter on these. V8?

The only numbers that I can find on the spindles, hard to read.

The 79-86 spindles have a 1” thick strut tab and 10.1” brakes (with the exception of the early 4 cylinders), and these were carried over into the 87-93 4 pot cars. The 87-93 V8 spindles used a 3/4” strut tab and 10.9” brakes. As such I’d say that’s what you’ve got

Thanks, ClayBelt. I continued to research and later found those measurements in other places, too. Thanks for confirmation these are 87-93 V8.
