Default 85+ steering rack sleeves in 84 K Member

    Hi,

I'm assuming I need to drill a larger hole for the 85+ steering rack sleeves to fit in my 84 K Member right? If so, what size hole?

I think the smaller end goes into the K Member since the bushings are tight on the larger end but want to be sure I drill the right size hole.

    Thanks

    Chris

    The 79-84 use larger bolts than the 85+. 79-84 are M14, 85+ are M12.

My 85 that was built 10/84 had the larger bolts.

I opened the front holes to 3/4" and the sleeves fit tight. Ran out of daylight to get the rack torqued down but that seems to be tight enough.
