I believe you as asking V6 or V8? Yes they are the same. Brakes are the same also.

All 94/95 spindles are the same, V6/GT/Cobra all use the same spindle. This is true for the 96-04 spindles also.

Brakes are the same for V6 and GT. Cobra brakes are different and allow for the larger rotors due to different caliper cradles front and rear.

'94/95 spindles *are* SN95 units, so I'm not sure what you're asking.

'96-04 spindles are also SN95 units, but they are not the same as '94/95 spindles.

isn’t it the ABS tone rings that are the difference between the 2?

The 94/95 spindles have a curved steering arm. The 96-04 have a straight steering arm. The change was necessitated by the swap to the 4.6 in 1996 and the engine having to sit lower in the K member. Using 96-04 spindles on a Fox with an OEM K member will cause bump steer that can not be fixed even with a bump steer kit.

If you replace the hubs.. It really doesn't matter if you buy replacement hubs with or without the ABS ring. Either works fine.
