86 gen 3 10r80 coyote swap coupe build

First post here. First four eye, 5th mustang.
I found this coupe that was originally a 6 cylinder bare options red on red very low rust car. Begun a restoration and high performance street car build from scratch replacing or refurbishing the whole car.
The paint is still original and all the trim is there.
I begun by stripping the car completely down and ordering a 2018 mustang GT 5.0 pullout from a salvage yard with the computer and wiring harness (mostly, more on that later)
Suspension is mostly teamz and strange.
Steering is flaming river manual.
Brakes are unassisted 99+ PBR front and rear 5 lug.
Fuel system is aeromotive 340 lph pump, 6 an lines.
Exhaust is hooker blackheart 1.75/3"
Wheels are 18x9.5/10.5.

Currently trying to adapt the oem computer and wiring to the car. The gen3 control pack is on backorder, that is all I need to fire it up.

The rearend is a 95 8.8 with 4.10 gears, welded tubes, moser c clip eliminators, 31 spline moser's fox length, North racecars brackets, Detroit truetrac differential and a girdle cover.
Cooling system is a Griffin 4 core with spal dual fans with coyote swap hoses.
Still need to get a driveshaft. Due to the corona, everyone is both busy and short staffed.
In the middle of redoing the interior, will have pics of that pretty soon.

Got everything to a good point on the wiring today. I was able to provide enough power and ground circuits to communicate with the pcm. There will be antitheft issues so I have to send the pcm off to be hacked.
Ordered the custom driveshaft which will take a month.
Going to be tying up loose ends on the wiring awaiting these large crucial steps before hopefully firing up this monster using the oem computer and modified wiring harness.
Shifter is mounted from 18.
Scored some great condition gt350 sport halo red seats.
Took the rear bumper off to put a light one on and cleaned and painted the tail lights and the gunky paint under there.
