      Default cowl vent grill question

      I have a question about the plastic cowl vent that covers the wiper arms in front of the windshield. I need to replace mine on my 86 capri is the same as on the early year mustangs? like the 79-82 in the NPD catalog they have 2 styles and on my capri the mounting screws go into the firewall below the hood when closed is it the same?

      Past 4 eyes-
      4th. 1981 Capri "White" Black Magic I6
      3rd. 1984 Capri RS V8 Black/grey
      2nd. 1984 Capri RS V8 White/red
      1st. 1984 SVO Grey/grey (traded it for a worn out 1970 BOSS 302)
      Both '84 Capri's vin# were 10 away from each other

      Hey thanks! I must have missed that thread so I think im good with the 79-82 for my capri

      Capri used the same cowl grille from 79-86. No changes in width or design. Same grill as 79-82 Mustangs.
