Default Thru-Floor subframes vs traditional full length?

Thru floors seem all the rage these days. My new build will consist of around 500-550whp and will see only drag and street time, no open track. I’ve come to learn the extreme value of a rigid chassis for both ride quality as well as overall suspension effectiveness. I was considering full-length subframes + a MM 6-point cage but now I’m considering thru-floors and tying the cage into the kickers. That would essentially make the car a full frame car. Anyone have any insight?

If the slight loss of floor space and the look doesn't bother you then the thru floor are a great idea. The cage may still be necessary for tech inspection depending on your actual E.T. and trap speed.

Griggs Racing offers the thru floor SFC and additional brace for the rear bulkhead that the torque boxes tie into. Here's one of the options. https://www.griggsracing.com/product/MFK-2000-U/
