    620 pounds, without the trans.

    All up, about 785 pounds.

Heaps lighter than the 385 Big Block, which is 720 pounds with the same ancillaries.

1.3 million made so far, out of 13.5 million total modular's of all types.

I have read that the V10 weighs about 80-100 lbs more than a dressed 351 depending on accessories. I have tubular stainless headers, tubular k-member, and a small Optima battery for front end weight savings. A set of heavy duty front and rear springs makes it ride level. The T-45 five speed is quite a bit lighter than the E4OD That was originally with the engine in the F-350.

Yes, It sounds very good. I don't normally say that about V10's but this one does. My nephew built a very nice exhaust system for it using a 4.6 header on the back 8 cylinders and adding one more flange and pipe on the front two.Name: V10 exhaust 2.jpg
